Hi Kim!! Thank you! I am fascinated by her as well!!! For many years I channeled her but never got to really hear her messages except by what others told me afterwards. Now-with modern technology–we can capture her visits!!

Don’t look at it as a “milliion year” task…Spiritual growth does not necessarily take that long. Rose died around 1941 and did not spend her previous life in any spiritual practice, and she is today working as a guide…So she has made great progress. If you start working on Earth now–you can quickly progress.

That seemed clear to me.
I believe it doesn’t matter what you believe in or how much you persue it. Most religions have the same basic viewpoints of what happens once you die. I’ve even had a very wise athiest friend tell me: “Most people see death as an end. And so they fear it. I’m not. Because to me, death is an adventure, you never know what’s on the otherside until it happends.” =) hope that clears things up.
